Home of the Flow Trails, purpose-built downhill mountain bike trails that are said to be the best in the area. Also a favorite of families with young ones, the lower loops are wide and stroller-friendly.

Using the Cistern climbing trail, a growing network of Flow Trails are purpose built for downhill mountain biking.

This property is appropriate for family hiking. Leashed and well behaved dogs are welcome, please pick up after them.

Elevation gains are not required to enjoy the lower loops, but if you’d like to experience the mountain bike trails and the views, you’ll work for it.

A perfect destination for families with strollers, the gravel-packed lower loop trails follow the river and circle back through diverse ecosystems.

3rd Saturday Trail Maintenance Work Days for the Sturbridge Trails Committee meet in this parking lot consistently and it is where the committee stores equipment, tools, and materials.
