By submitting this form, I agree to the following release & policies:

I do herby release the Town of Sturbridge Massachusetts, the Sturbridge Trails Committee and their employees, officers, associates and all agents from all claims, loss damage, expenses and or injuries which may result from any volunteer activities on lands owned by the Town of Sturbridge, or any work done in conjunction with any scheduled or unscheduled Trails Committee or Town of Sturbridge sanctioned event.

I further agree to hold harmless the Town of Sturbridge Massachusetts, the Sturbridge Trails Committee and their employees, officers, associates and all agents from liability for damages or injuries resulting from any acts or failure to act on my part during my volunteer activities or participation on lands owned by the Town of Sturbridge or any work done in conjunction with any scheduled or un scheduled Trails Committee or Town of Sturbridge sanctioned event.
